Tata Motors Records Sales Growth of 25.6 Percent in November 2025 Driven by Nexon, Punch, Harrier, Safari and More

Indian automaker, Tata Motors recently announced that it has witnessed 22 percent growth in its monthly sales in November 2025. The company accounted for 57,436-unit sales in November 2025 compared to 47,063-unit sales in November 2024, driven by Tata Nexon, Tata Punch, Tata Altroz, Tata Harrier and Tata Safari, among others.

The Indian automaker further stated that its international business grew substantially by 3,164.8 percent to 1,763-unit sales in November 2025 compared to 54-unit sales in November 2025. Total sales of the company accounted for 59,199-unit sales in November 2025 compared to 47,117-unit sales during the same period of the corresponding year, marking a growth of 25.6 percent. With its ever-growing electric vehicle portfolio, Tata Motors recorded total EV sales of 7,911 units in November 2025, compared to 5,202 units in November 2024, witnessing a growth of 52.1 percent.

The substantial growth in unit sales comes on the back of Tata Nexon becoming the outright best-seller from Tata Motors’ portfolio. Additionally, the company announced that it sold more than 22,000 units of the Tata Nexon in September with the sub-compact SUV witnessing a sales growth of 50 percent year-on-year in October.

Moreover, the Indian automaker has revived an old nameplate with the launch of the new Tata Sierra. The Tata Sierra has been positioned below the Harrier but above the Curvv, filling the gap that existed in the compact SUV segment. Placing the Sierra in the compact SUV segment makes it a rival of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder and MG Astor, among others.
