Hero Karizma XMR Combat Edition Teased: Check Details

Hero MotoCorp has teased the Karizma XMR Combat Edition on its X (formerly known as twitter) social media handle. The combat Edition will be an upgraded version of the standard Karizma XMR 210. A launch is expected soon, with a higher price compared to the base model of the standard version.

In terms of design, the Hero Karizma XMR Combat Edition introduces a grey paint scheme with yellow accents, distinguishing it from the standard model. One of the key changes is the inclusion of gold colored USD (upside-down) front forks in place of the conventional telescopic units.

Additional upgrades are likely to be fully digital TFT instrument cluster, which replaces the semi-digital unit from the standard variant. The new display is paired with revised switchgear that includes a D-pad for menu navigation. The rest of the bike, including its twin projector LED headlight, bodywork and ergonomics are likely to remain unchanged.

The Hero Karizma XMR Combat Edition is likely to retain the same 210cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that produces 25 bhp and 20.4 Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed gearbox. Additional mechanical components such as the slip-and-assist clutch, dual-channel ABS, disc brakes on both wheels and tyre specifications are also likely to remain unchanged.

The Hero Karizma XMR Combat Edition is expected to be priced higher than the standard Karizma XMR, which is listed at Rs 1.81 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
