Triumph Scrambler 400 XC Launched In India With Off-Road Ready Features: Check Details

Triumph Motorcycles has launched the Scrambler 400 XC in India, a new model in its 400cc Modern Classic line-up. It is available at an ex-showroom price of Rs 2,94,147 in Delhi. The Scrambler 400 XC is built to handle both road and off-road conditions and adds to the company's current offerings in the entry-level segment.

The Scrambler 400 XC comes with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheel setup with tubeless tyres. It includes equipment such as a raised front fender, windscreen, engine guard, and aluminum sump guard as standard. The bike also has handguards and adjustable clutch and brake levers. A dual-format instrument console and metal tear-drop-shaped fuel tank are part of the design.

Three color options are available: Racing Yellow, Storm Grey and Vanilla White.

Triumph Scrambler 400 XC is powered by a 398cc single-cylinder TR-series engine, that produces 39.5 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 37.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm mated to a 6-speed gearbox is paired with a torque-assist clutch. The exhaust system features a stainless-steel silencer and raised twin-pipe design.

The Scrambler 400 XC includes electronic features such as ride-by-wire throttle, switchable traction control and off-road ABS. It also gets all-LED lighting with a daytime running lamp (DRL), a USB charging port and an immobilizer-equipped key.

Triumph is offering the Scrambler 400 XC with 16,000 km service intervals and a standard 5-year warranty that includes one year of Roadside Assistance. Optional extended warranty and annual maintenance packages are also available.

Over 20 accessories specific to the Scrambler 400 XC are being offered. The motorcycle is available for purchase across all authorised Triumph dealerships in India.
