Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line Interior Teased, Features And Technology Revealed

German automaker, Volkswagen is set to launch its performance SUV, the Tiguan R-Line on April 14, 2025. Additionally, Volkswagen is expected to add innovative technologies, and advanced convenience features to the SUV.

The interior design of the cabin is expected to boast a contemporary appeal with its 26.04 cm customisable digital Cockpit. Equipped with options to set different information profiles for the driver, the newly designed cockpit landscape with components of the fourth-generation Modular Infotainment Toolkit (MIB4) offers style, intuitive user experience and connectivity.

Moreover, the Tiguan R-Line is equipped with a 38.1 cm infotainment system that delivers enhanced convenience and ease of operation with its newly designed menu structure and graphics. Providing a driving experience, the performance SUV features a new head-up display and new multi-function driving experience switch with integrated TFT LCD display along with eight speakers.

In addition to that, the Tiguan R-Line is equipped with Wireless App-Connect for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as wired connectivity and wireless charging. The integration of navigation information from the infotainment to the digital cockpit and head-up display ensures distraction less focus on the road. Powered by IDA voice assistant and voice enhancer, the upcoming Tiguan R-Line will offer control over multiple infotainment functions that can be operated with ease using natural language.

This comes on the back of the German automaker revealing Tiguan R-Line exterior features which include a new design with LED Plus headlights, a horizontal LED strip at the rear and air curtains for optimised airflow. The SUV has a bold front profile with a glass-covered horizontal strip on the grille. It rides on 19-inch ‘Coventry’ alloy wheels with diamond-turned surfaces and features illuminated door handles. The rear design includes animated 3D LED combination lamps. Furthermore, the Tiguan R-Line will be available in six monotone colour options: Persimmon Red Metallic, Nightshade Blue Metallic, Grenadilla Black Metallic, Oryx White Mother of Pearl Effect, Cipressino Green Metallic and Oyster Silver Metallic.
