2025 Bajaj Chetak 35 Series Launched At Rs 1,20,000: Check Details

Indian legacy automaker, Bajaj launched the latest iteration of its electric vehicle two-wheeler, the Chetak. The 2025 Bajaj Chetak has been launched at an introductory price of Rs 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom). Additionally, the electric scooter from the stables of Bajaj is expected to boast features including a touchscreen TFT screen, an integrated navigation map by MAPPLS, and music control, among others.

The 2025 facelift of the Bajaj Chetak is powered by a 3.5kWh battery pack which boasts a range of 153 km. The 2025 Chetak will have a 950 watts on-board charger which can charge the battery from 0 to 80% in approximately 3 hours. Additionally, the electric scooter boasts a new metal sheet for increased protection of the battery. Furthermore, the 2025 Bajaj Chetak boasts an IP67 rated battery pack, meaning it is water-resistant. Moreover, the components along with the battery pack get better cooling with the company testing its battery pack extensively.

The 2025 Bajaj Chetak is longer by 80mm compared to the previous generation of the Chetak. Additionally, the wheelbase is 25mm longer compared to the previous generation. Owing to the updated chassis, the boot boasts a space of 35L which can fit two helmets.

The 2025 Bajaj Chetak gets a touchscreen TFT screen with integrated map by MAPPLS, music control, call accept and reject control and smartphone connectivity. Moreover, the 2025 Bajaj Chetak is equipped with features including theft alert, accident detection, over-speeding alert and geofencing, among others.
