Hyundai Creta Electric Breaks Cover In Official Video: Watch
Hyundai Creta Electric: Hyundai has unveiled the Creta Electric in a teaser video shared on their YouTube channel, showcasing its capabilities. Retaining the design of its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart, the Creta Electric features EV-specific elements, including a pixelated front grille with an integrated charging port and Active Air Flaps for improved aerodynamics.

Hyundai Creta has officially teased the Creta EV, Hyundai shared a video on their official youtube channel showing the prowess of Creta electric. Over 1.1 million Creta are plying on Indian Road.
Hyundai Creta Electric Design and Features
In terms of design, as showcased in the video teaser the Hyundai Creta Electric retains same skin and bone as of its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart but with EV-specific elements. It features a pixelated graphic front-grille with integrated charging port and a pixelated graphic lower bumper, pixelated graphic rear bumper and the LED tail lamps.At the front it gets Active Air Flaps, that helps in managing the air flow and help in cooling the vehicle components & improve aerodynamic performance.
Hyundai Creta Electric Interior
On the Interior it gets single frame display divided in to two parts one as instrument cluster and another as infotainment screen. It also gets a panoramic sunroof.In terms of safety Hyundai Creta Electric is expected to get Hyundai's Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) with offerings like adaptive cruise control, collision warnings, 360 degree camera, blind-spot detection and more.
Hyundai Creta EV Battery Pack & Performance
The Hyundai Creta Electric is available with 2 battery pack options: 42 kwh and 51.4 Kwh (Long Range). The 42 Kwh battery pack offers a driving range of 390 km on a single charge and the Long range 51.4 Kwh comes with 473 km of driving range on a single charge. Company claims that the Creta Electric can go from 0 to 100 kmph in 7.9 seconds.
Hyundai Creta Electric Charging Options
In terms of charging The Hyundai CRETA EV can be charged from 10% to 80% in 58 minutes (DC charging), while the 11kW Smart Connected Wall Box charger can charge from 10%-100% in 4 hours using AC Home Charging.
