Ola Electric Launches 'HyperDelivery' Initiative, Intends To Streamline Purchase-To-Delivery Process
Indian electric vehicle automaker, Ola Electric announced the launch of its ‘HyperDelivery’ initiative. The initiative is expected to provide customers with same-day registration and delivery of their Ola Electric vehicles.
Additionally, Ola Electric streamlined the process by bringing vehicle registration process in-house and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) for automation. The company has removed intermediaries by implementing artificial intelligence which enables a portion of the vehicle registration steps, removing intermediaries that are traditionally involved in the process, the company states.
Moreover, the operational integration has resulted in an efficient transition from the point of purchase to vehicle delivery, enhancing the overall customer experience. Ola Electric aims to bring a quick-commerce like experience to the automotive sector through this initiative.
“We have significantly cut the processing time of registering the vehicles through AI led automation and by moving the registration process completely in-house. We are excited to announce #HyperDelivery which has completely transformed the vehicle purchase & delivery experience in the automotive segment. With this we are ensuring a much smoother purchase experience for our customers, eliminating tedious purchase processes and longer delivery timelines,” an Ola Electric spokesperson said.
Furthermore, the pilot program for ‘HyperDelivery’ has commenced in Bangalore and will be progressively expanded across India in a phased rollout throughout the current quarter. This development comes on the back of the electric automaker registering more than 23,000 unit sales in March 2025. Conclusively, the brand has ramped up the production of its Gen 3 portfolio in March with the intention of continuing ramping it up further in April leading to faster deliveries and better customer experience.
