New Maruti Dzire Loan EMI On Rs 76,000 Down Payment: Details Explained
Planning to buy the newly launched Maruti Suzuki Dzire and wondering how much EMI you would have to pay? Here's the on-road price of the sedan along with the monthly EMI you would have to shell out.
New Maruti Suzuki Dzire
Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Dzire in India at a starting price of Rs 6.79 lakh, going up to Rs 10.14 (both prices, ex-showroom). Equipped with a new 1.2L, three-cylinder petrol engine, the Dzire features a new design inside-out and packs a range of new features. It continues to rival the Honda Amaze, Tata Tigor and Hyundai Aura in the country.
Planning to purchase the new Maruti Suzuki Dzire and wondering how much EMI you would have to pay? Here's a table showing the variant-wise on-road (Delhi) price of the sub-4m sedan, and the lowest monthly installment you would have to shell out for it, keeping in mind an average tenure, rate of interest (ROI) and down payment.
Maruti Suzuki Dzire on-road price in Delhi
| Variant | On-road price (Delhi) | Tenure | Interest rate | Down payment | EMI |
| LXi | Rs 7.64 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 76,000 | Rs 14,624 |
| VXi | Rs 8.75 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 87,000 | Rs 16,742 |
| VXi AMT | Rs 9.25 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 92,000 | Rs 17,694 |
| ZXi | Rs 9.97 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 1 lakh | Rs 19,052 |
| ZXi AMT | Rs 10.47 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 1.05 lakh | Rs 23,879 |
| ZXi+ | Rs 10.85 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 1.09 lakh | Rs 24,760 |
| ZXi+ AMT | Rs 11.76 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 1.18 lakh | Rs 26,824 |
| VXi CNG | Rs 9.80 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 98,000 | Rs 18,742 |
| ZXi CNG | Rs 11.02 lakh | 5 years | 10% | Rs 1.10 lakh | Rs 21,074 |
To make it easier for you, we have chosen an average tenure period of 5 years as standard, along with about 10% of the total value as down payment and an estimated 10% bank interest rate. Do note that the buyer is free to choose the tenure, while the ROI varies from one bank to another. Moreover, you can also choose to pay a higher or lower down payment initially, which will decrease or increase your equated monthly installment (EMI) respectively.
Maruti Suzuki has priced the new Dzire at a base price of Rs 6.79 lakh for the entry-level LXi variant, going all the way up to Rs 10.14 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom) for the range-topping ZXi+ AMT variant. However, the estimated on-road (Delhi) price of the sedan ranges from Rs 7.64 lakh to Rs 11.76 lakh.
For example, let's assume you plan on purchasing the new Maruti Dzire VXi manual variant, which currently has an ex-showroom, Delhi price of Rs 7.79 lakh. If you pay Rs 87,000 as down payment out of the Rs 8.75 lakh estimated on-road (Delhi) price, you would end up paying an EMI of about Rs 16,742 for a period of 60 months/5 years against a loan amount of Rs 7.88 lakh. At the end of the tenure, you would have paid about Rs 10.05 lakh for the sedan, over and above the down payment made at the time of purchase.
