Skoda Kylaq Vs Kushaq: Price, Verdict

Rs 16.89 lakh - 18.79 lakh (1.5L TSI)
Pricing for the Skoda Kylaq starts from Rs 7.89 lakh, going all the way up to Rs 14.40 lakh for the top-end AT variant. In comparison, the Kushaq 1.0 is priced between Rs 10.89 lakh, to Rs 17.19 lakh, making the Kylaq about Rs 3 lakh more affordable, thanks to the lower tax bracket. The 1.5 TSI variants of the Kushaq are even costlier, ranging from Rs 16.89 lakh to Rs 18.79 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom)
The Kylaq definitely seems like a better value for money offering than its sibling. The Kushaq is slightly larger and has a longer wheelbase which should result in better cabin space, especially at the rear. If space isn't an issue, the Kylaq could be your go to choice considering it is on par with the Kushaq on the equipment front and gets the same engine and gearbox options. However, if you want the bigger 147bhp, 1.5L TSI engine and a bigger SUV with better proportions, the Kushaq will be the choice.
