The Sprint 440 revives a nameplate first introduced by the manufacturer in 1961, signaling a return to lightweight, approachable motorcycles. Visually, the bike distinguishes itself from the existing X440 roadster through a classic cruiser silhouette. Key design elements include a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a circular headlamp, and a low-slung, scooped rider seat paired with pulled-back handlebars. The aesthetic is rounded out by a shortened rear fender and a low-mounted exhaust system, with the bike available in color schemes such as Dark Billiard Grey, Vivid Black, and Teal Thunder.

At the heart of the Sprint 440 is a 440cc air- and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine. The powertrain is tuned to deliver 26.7 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 38 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm, with the manufacturer emphasizing low-end grunt suitable for relaxed cruising. Power is managed through a six-speed transmission equipped with an assist-and-slipper clutch. While the fuel tank capacity is set at 9 litres to maintain a slim profile, the motorcycle is rated for a combined fuel efficiency of approximately 34 kmpl.

The chassis is engineered for accessibility, featuring a laden seat height of 671 mm. To accommodate different rider preferences, Harley-Davidson will offer optional Reach and Tallboy seat configurations. The suspension setup consists of 43 mm upside-down front forks providing 130 mm of travel, complemented by twin rear shock absorbers with seven-step preload adjustability. The bike rolls on a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheel combination, with braking duties handled by a 320 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc, both supported by an anti-lock braking system.
