Ather 450X Overtones: New Colours and Design
The Ather 450X Overtones gets a distinctive tone-on-tone design and is offered in three colour options — Still White, Space Grey and Lunar Grey.
The styling remains based on the 450X, but the new colour treatment gives the electric scooter a more understated and premium appearance.
New Features Added to the 450 Series
Ather has also added several new features to the 450 Series in Nepal. These include Magic Twist, Infinite Cruise and Voice on Ather.
Magic Twist allows the rider to slow down by twisting the throttle backwards, offering an alternative to conventional braking. Infinite Cruise, meanwhile, helps maintain a set speed without requiring constant throttle input.
Voice on Ather allows riders to use voice commands for functions such as navigation and finding charging stations. The feature works through a compatible Bluetooth headset or smart helmet.
Ather entered the Nepalese market in November 2023 with the 450 Series. The company currently operates 14 experience centres and has 31 fast-charging points across the country.
The company also expanded its Nepal line-up with the launch of the Rizta electric scooter in 2025.
Ather Konarc Launch Soon
Back in India, Ather Energy is preparing to introduce its new Konarc electric scooter on August 29. The upcoming model will be based on a new platform and is expected to be offered with multiple battery pack options.
More details about the Konarc are expected to be announced closer to its launch.
