Jeep Compass, Meridian Get New Ownership and Aftersales Program in India
Jeep India has introduced a new ownership program called Confidence 7 for the Compass and Meridian SUVs. The package combines warranty, maintenance, roadside assistance and buyback options to provide clarity on long-term ownership costs.

Jeep India has launched a new ownership and aftersales package named 'Confidence 7' for the Jeep Compass and Jeep Meridian sold in India.
Warranty and Maintenance Coverage
The program includes an extended warranty of up to seven years. Coverage applies to major vehicle components and can be transferred to the next owner, which may have an impact on resale value.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Jeep is offering a long-term AMC aimed at keeping service costs fixed over time.
Key points include:
- AMC cost calculated at approximately Rs 38 per day
- Claimed savings of up to 33 percent on scheduled service parts and labour
- Fixed maintenance expenses across the ownership period
Assured Buyback Option
Confidence 7 introduces an Assured Buyback option through authorised Jeep dealers.
Details include:
- Guaranteed future value of up to 60 percent of the ex-showroom price
- Value depends on vehicle tenure and mileage
- Intended to address resale price variability
Roadside and Service Support
The program includes roadside assistance for up to seven years, covering support during long-distance travel and emergencies. If a vehicle requires service or general repairs for more than two days (excluding accident-related cases), customers are eligible for a loaner vehicle or taxi support during the standard warranty period.
Priority Service Access
Jeep also offers priority service features such as fast-lane support and a 90-minute service turnaround for selected jobs.
