Triumph Scrambler 400 X Gets Two New Matte Colour Option

Triumph Motorcycles has launched a new color option for the Scrambler 400 X in India. Triumph has added a Matte Pewter Grey with a Matte Khaki Band design to the Scrambler 400 X lineup in India.

Triumph Motorcycles has introduced a new colour option for the Scrambler 400 X in India. The motorcycle is now available in a Matte Pewter Grey with Matte Khaki Band paint scheme. There are no mechanical changes with the update, and the Triumph Scrambler 400 X continues to be priced at Rs 2.65 lakh (ex-showroom).

Triumph Scrambler 400 X: New Colour

The new colour combines a matte pewter grey finish with a khaki band running along the centre of the fuel tank. The motorcycle also gets black front and rear fenders with this paint scheme.

The remaining design elements have been carried over. These include the round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, brown seat and gold-finished inverted front fork.

With the new colour, the Scrambler 400 X is now available in four paint schemes. These include Matte Pewter Grey/Matte Khaki Band, Phantom Black/Silver Ice, Matte Khaki Green/Fusion White and Lava Red Satin/Phantom Black.

Triumph Scrambler 400 X: Engine

The motorcycle continues to use a 349 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. It produces 37.5 PS and 32 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

The Scrambler 400 X gets a ride-by-wire throttle, switchable traction control and switchable dual-channel ABS. LED lighting and a semi-digital instrument cluster are also part of the equipment list.

Triumph Scrambler 400 X: Wheels & Suspension

The Scrambler 400 X uses an inverted front fork and a rear monoshock. Both ends feature long-travel suspension. The motorcycle rides on a 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel, with dual-purpose tyres. The wheel and suspension setup is designed to handle both paved roads and uneven surfaces.

Triumph Scrambler 400 X: Price

There is no price revision with the introduction of the new colour. The Triumph Scrambler 400 X remains priced at Rs 2.65 lakh (ex-showroom) in India.
