TVS Raider: What’s New
With this update, the Raider becomes the first motorcycle in the 125cc category to feature Boost Mode, Dual Disc Brakes with single-channel ABS and Glide Through Technology (GTT). Power continues to come from the same 125cc, 3-valve engine producing 11.38 bhp and 11.75 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.

The Boost Mode, paired with TVS’s iGO Assist, delivers a short burst of additional torque for quicker acceleration when required. Meanwhile, the GTT system enables smoother movement at lower speeds, reducing the need for constant throttle input - something that should make urban commutes more manageable.
The new Raider also introduces dual disc brakes with ABS, a first in the 125cc segment, along with wider 90/90-17 front and 110/80-17 rear tyres for better grip and stability.
Aesthetically, the motorcycle gets a metallic silver finish complemented by red alloy wheels. A “Follow Me Headlamp” function keeps the light on briefly after the engine is switched off, adding an extra layer of convenience during low-light situations.
On the tech front, the Raider offers two instrument cluster options - a TFT display with over 99 functions or a reverse LCD with more than 85. Both units are equipped with TVS SmartXonnect, offering Bluetooth pairing, voice assist, turn-by-turn navigation, call and message alerts, and other connected features.
Management’s Viewpoint
Aniruddha Haldar, Senior Vice President, Head Commuter & EV Business and Head Corporate Brand & Media, TVS Motor Company said, "Today, the New TVS RAIDER is equipped with the exhilarating “Boost mode” powered by iGO Assist tech, and another segment first - Dual Disc with ABS. With yet another segment-first Glide Through Technology (GTT) now can navigate through even slow traffic with ease. The stylish loaded new TVS Raider raises the “wicked” bar yet again, bringing together thrilling performance, top-notch safety, and unmatched ease.”
