Vida by Hero Unveils New Brand Identity, Expands Beyond Electric Scooters

Hero has unveiled a refreshed brand identity for its electric mobility division, Vida, marking the first major visual update since the EV brand made its global debut in 2022.
Key Highlights:
  • Hero’s EV brand introduces a refreshed logo, design language, and visual framework.
  • The updated V-shaped logo, “Voom” electric sonic signature and new black-white-orange colour theme will be integrated across vehicles, dashboards, and digital platforms.
  • Hero unveiled the new identity by creating a 35,292 sq ft Vida logo using vehicles like the Vida VX2, Dirt.E K3, Novus Nex 1, and Hero XPulse.
The updated identity represents Vida’s transition from being an electric scooter-focused brand to a broader mobility ecosystem. The portfolio now includes commuter electric scooters, the Dirt.E off-road range and the Novus future mobility platform.

New V-Shaped Logo, Sound Identity and Updated Design Language

The new visual identity is built around a V-shaped lettermark inspired by Hero MotoCorp’s parent brand logo. Along with the redesigned emblem, Vida has introduced a new kinetic motion framework and an electric sonic signature named “Voom”.
The new sound identity will be integrated across Vida’s digital dashboards and vehicle motors, creating a more consistent brand experience for users. The refreshed design language also introduces a new colour palette featuring black, white, and orange shades.

Vida Creates Asia Book of Records Entry with New Logo Reveal

To celebrate the launch of the new identity, Hero created a large-scale representation of the Vida logo spread across 35,292 square feet using multiple vehicles, including the Vida VX2, Vida Dirt.E K3, Novus Nex 1, and the Hero XPulse.
The brand said the installation has earned a place in the Asia Book of Records. The company will now roll out the updated branding in phases across dealerships, digital platforms, and connected vehicle interfaces.
Dr. Pawan Munjal, Executive Chairman of Hero MotoCorp, said the refreshed identity builds on the company’s legacy while helping Vida move towards new possibilities in the evolving mobility space.
Kausalya Nandakumar, Chief Business Officer of the Emerging Mobility Business Unit at Hero MotoCorp, added that the new brand direction reflects changing customer expectations and the growing demand for accessible and technology-driven mobility solutions.
