VinFast VF MPV 7 Launched in India: Price, Power, Range, Safety, Features and More

Vietnamese automaker VinFast has launched its third vehicle in the Indian market. The automaker has launched the VF MPV 7 EV in the country with at Rs 24.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The VF MPV 7 joins the VF6 and VF 7 EVs in the company’s product lineup. Bookings for the same are already underway for an amount of Rs 21,000 and can be made via VinFast India’s official website and authorised dealerships.

The VinFast VF MPV 7 is an all-electric MPV which houses a 60.13kWh battery pack. It generates a peak power output of around 201.15bhp and 280Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in a company claimed time of under 9 seconds and has a top speed of 140 kmph. The VF MPV 7 boasts an ARAI-certified range of up to 517 km on a single charge. It supports DC fast charging using which it can charge from 10 to 70 percent in a company claimed time of 30 minutes. It also gets multiple drive modes and regenerative braking levels.

The VF MPV 7 measures 4,740mm in length and has a wheelbase spanning 2,840mm. The VF MPV 7 follows the same design philosophy as other global products from the automaker with LED light bars at the front and rear, vertically stacked headlamps and a closed-off grille. Other design elements include 19-inch alloy wheels, a roof-mounted spoiler, shark-fin antenna and connected tail lamps.

On the inside the VinFast VF MPV 7 gets a 7-seat layout with leatherette upholstery and a dashboard centered around a 10.1-inch touchscreen that integrates infotainment and vehicle controls. It comes packed with features like - automatic climate control with vents for all rows, wireless charging, powered driver’s seat, connected car tech, USB ports, and one-touch power windows. The MPV also gets Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility along with a four-speaker audio system.

On the safety front the VF MPV 7 comes equipped with 6-airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic parking brake with auto hold, hill-hold assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, ISOFIX mounts and rear parking sensors with a camera and more.
