KTM Reveals Limited-Run 450 Rally Replica And Exclusive Sanders Edition For 2026

KTM has officially introduced its 2026 450 Rally Replica and an ultra-limited Sanders Edition. These models are developed using technical input from the company’s rally racing program and are built at KTM’s Motorsports production facility in Austria. The company will produce 150 units of the standard 2026 450 Rally Replica and just 5 units of the Sanders Edition.

The 2026 KTM 450 Rally Replica continues to use a 450 cc, single-cylinder SOHC engine with fuel injection. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox and KTM’s hydraulic clutch. The frame is hand-welded and incorporates laser-cut, hydro-formed sections for rigidity and rider feedback. The swingarm is made of die-cast aluminum.

Dual radiators handle thermal management, while three fuel tanks—two at the front and one at the rear—offer a combined fuel capacity of about 34.5 liters.

In terms of suspension, at the front it features WP XACT PRO 7548 Cone Valve forks, with CNC-machined triple clamps and a PHDS system and at the rear it gets a WP XACT PRO 7750 shock, designed for adjustability and reliability in long-distance rally conditions.

The bike includes a rally cockpit with a carbon fiber navigation tower, integrated dashboard and mounts for digital roadbook systems. A specially designed fairing helps reduce airflow impact and a LED lighting setup supports low-light visibility.

The Sanders Edition includes additional parts and design elements connected to KTM rider Daniel Sanders. These include a custom livery, signed components, factory-spec brake and clutch systems and exclusive extras like a race jersey and second windshield. Owners will also receive support and a bike handover at the 2025 KTM Europe Adventure Rally in Romania, scheduled from August 25 to 29.

Both the 2026 KTM 450 Rally Replica and Sanders Edition will be manufactured in Austria. They are intended for professional and private rally riders participating in multi-stage rally competitions globally.
