Limited Edition Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Launched In India: Check Details

Royal Enfield, in partnership with ICON Motosports, launched the limited edition Shotgun 650 X ICON at Rs 4,25,000 (ex-showroom) in India. This limited edition model was recently showcased at the EICMA 2024 event. The production of this exclusive piece is limited to 100 units globally. The sales are set to begin on February 12, 2025 and registration for purchase begins today.

The limited edition Shotgun 650 includes a three-tone race-inspired graphic scheme, gold contrast cut rims, blue shock springs, a red seat with an integrated logo, and bar-end mirrors. Each motorcycle comes with a special Slabtown Intercept RE jacket designed by ICON. This model highlights Royal Enfield’s connection to motorcycle customization and personalization.

The sale of the limited edition Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X ICON will take place through an online platform, with only 25 units allocated per region. Registration opens on February 6, 2025, for India through the Royal Enfield app, while buyers in APAC, Europe and the Americas can register via the company’s website.

The limited edition Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X ICON retains the mechanical setup of the standard model. It is powered by a 648cc parallel-twin, oil-cooled engine that produces 46.4 bhp at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm at 5,650 rpm mated to a 6 speed gearbox. The suspension setup includes Showa upside-down forks at the front and twin springs at the rear. The motorcycle rides on an 18-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, with braking handled by a 320mm disc at the front and a 300mm disc at the rear.

The standard Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 was launched in January 2024, priced between Rs 3.59 lakh and goes up to Rs 3.73 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in three variants: Custom Shed, Custom Pro, and Custom Special. Positioned between the Super Meteor 650 and the Continental GT 650, the Shotgun 650 features a bobber-style design with a flat handlebar and center-set footpegs. It includes LED lighting, Tripper navigation, a USB charging port and integration with the Wingman app for additional functionalities.
