New Honda Amaze To Get City-Inspired Design: Exterior, Interior Changes Detailed

The sketches arrive right ahead of the new Maruti Dzire's launch, which will be the new Amaze's biggest rival in the market upon arrival. Talking about the design, the front-end features a large grille up front with a honeycomb pattern, flanked by sharp LED headlamps integrated with DRLs on top. The front bumper gets sporty-looking fog lamp housings. Similar to the City, a chrome trim piece is placed on top of the grille, merging into the headlamps on either side. Also Read: New Maruti Suzuki Dzire Features
The rear-end looks even more identical to the City than the front. It gets a similar wraparound LED tail lamp setup as the mid-size sedan with a rather clean tailgate with no chrome embellishments. The side profile features a new design for the diamond-cut alloy wheels, while the wing mirrors are now placed on the doors rather than the A-pillars.

On the inside, the new Honda Amaze retains the dual-tone beige-and-black theme, but now gets a larger free-standing touchscreen infotainment system, a revamped dashboard, new HVAC controls, a new steering wheel that is borrowed from the City, as well as an updated centre console.New Honda Amaze Engine, Gearbox
While the 2025 Amaze is expected to get some new features over the outgoing model, it is expected to carry over its 1.2L, four-cylinder NA petrol engine with 5MT and CVT gearbox options. It will be interesting to see if Honda will introduce a CNG version of the new Amaze to take on the new Dzire CNG, Hyundai Aura CNG and Tata Tigor CNG.More details about the new Amaze are expected to be revealed in the coming days.
