Hyundai Motor India Limited is set to launch its first IPO in the Indian market on October 15th, 2024. The company's offer price for Equity Shares has been fixed at Rs 1,865 and for Equity Shares at Es 1,960, with a minimum bid requirement of 7 shares. Hyundai, a major player in the Indian automotive market for over 25 years, is expanding its presence and product portfolio, including petrol, diesel, CNG, and electric vehicles such as Grand i10 Nios, Creta and Tucson.

The Indian division of the Hyundai Motor Group, Hyundai Motor India Limited also known as HMIL is gearing up to open its initial public offering (IPO) of Equity Shares next week. The company will open its IPO in the Indian market for the very first time on October 15th 2024.
The information shared by the company states that its Anchor Investor Bidding Date will be one working day before the Offer is open to the public; i.e. October 14th 2024 and the bid for the same will close on October 17th 2024.
Sharing this update the company revealed that its Offer has been fixed at Rs 1,865 and for Equity Shares it has been fixed at Es 1,960. Furthermore there is a minimum bid requirement of 7 Equity Shares and those looking to take a larger chunk of the pie can bid for more Equity Shares in the multiples of 7.
Hyundai in the Indian market has a presence of over 25 years and recently the company is looking to expand its footprint in the Indian market and is also setting up new manufacturing facilities in the country.
Hyundai is among the top automakers in the country and it currently has a very diverse product portfolio in the country consisting of petrol, diesel, CNG and electric vehicles. Hyundai’s lineup in India currently consists of 13 products - Grand i10 Nios, i20, i20 N Line, Ioniq 5, Aura, Verna, Exter, Venue, Venue N Line, Creta, Creta N Line, Alcazar and Tucson.
