KTM 390 Adventure Range Gets Costlier by up to Rs 8,000 in India; Flagship Variant Crosses Rs 4 Lakh
KTM has revised the prices of its 390 Adventure motorcycle range in India, making the entire line-up more expensive by up to Rs 8,000. The latest price revision applies to all four variants, including the recently introduced entry-level 350cc model and the 399cc-powered motorcycles. Despite the higher prices, the motorcycles remain mechanically unchanged, with no new features or equipment added.
Key Highlights:
- KTM has increased prices of the entire 390 Adventure range by up to Rs 8,000.
- The 390 Adventure S now costs Rs 4.05 lakh, crossing the Rs 4 lakh mark for the first time.
- No changes have been made to the motorcycles' engine, features or hardware.
- Prices now start from Rs 2.88 lakh and go up to Rs 4.05 lakh (ex-showroom).
Flagship Adventure S Now Costs Over Rs 4 Lakh
The biggest price increase has been given to the KTM 390 Adventure S and the 390 Adventure R, both of which are now dearer by Rs 8,000.
The flagship 390 Adventure S now carries a price tag of Rs 4.05 lakh, up from Rs 3.97 lakh, making it the first time the model has crossed the Rs 4 lakh mark.
Similarly, the more off-road-focused 390 Adventure R now costs Rs 3.86 lakh, compared to its earlier price of Rs 3.78 lakh.
Entry-Level Variants Also Become Costlier
The 390 Adventure X and the entry-level 390 Adventure have also become more expensive, although by a slightly smaller margin of Rs 7,000 each.
The 390 Adventure X is now priced at Rs 3.50 lakh, up from Rs 3.43 lakh, while the entry-level 390 Adventure now costs Rs 2.88 lakh, compared to its introductory price of Rs 2.81 lakh.
No Changes to Engine or Features
Apart from the revised pricing, KTM has made no changes to the motorcycles. The engines, chassis, electronics and feature list remain exactly the same across the range.
The 390 Adventure S, Adventure R and Adventure X continue to be powered by the brand's 399cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which is shared with KTM's latest 390 platform. Meanwhile, the entry-level 390 Adventure uses a 350cc single-cylinder engine, offering a more affordable gateway into KTM's adventure motorcycle range.
Each variant in the KTM Adventure family is aimed at a different type of rider. The Adventure S is designed for long-distance touring with premium equipment, while the Adventure R focuses on serious off-road performance. The Adventure X offers a more value-focused package, and the 350cc Adventure serves as the most accessible option for buyers entering the adventure motorcycle segment.
