Mahindra XUV 7X0 Introductory Price to Continue, Crosses 20,000 Deliveries Mark

Mahindra has announced that the XUV 7XO SUV has crossed the 20,000 deliveries mark in India. The XUV 7XO has achieved this milestone in a time period little over two and a half months since the commencement of deliveries from January 14th 2026.
This update also highlights the demand for higher variants of the Mahindra XUV 7XO because during the initial phase the deliveries were limited to higher variants. During the launch phase, Mahindra prioritised deliveries of the AX7, AX7T and AX7L trims. These variants accounted for a majority of early bookings, with a significant share of buyers opting for feature-loaded versions.
Deliveries for the lower trims like AX, AX3 and AX5 are scheduled to commence as scheduled, which is expected to further boost its sales numbers.
Mahindra recently announced a price hike for its entire portfolio but the XUV 7XO has retained the introductory pricing for the first 40,000 units. With 20,000 units already delivered, the current price range of Rs 13.66 lakh to Rs 25.07 lakh (ex-showroom) remains applicable for the rest of 20,000 units. A price revision is expected once the 40,000 units sales milestone is crossed.
The Mahindra XUV 7XO adopts a modern and futuristic design language with elements such as flush door handles, 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and revised exterior detailing. The model also features a multi-link rear suspension setup with frequency selective damping.
On the inside the XUV 7XO sports a dual 12.3-inch display setup, along with features such as front and rear ventilated seats, wireless charging, multi-zone ambient lighting and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. Six- and seven-seat configurations are offered depending on the variant.
On the safety front, the XUV 7XO includes a 540-degree camera system with integrated dashcam, seven airbags and a suite of advanced driver assistance systems. Additional features include driver drowsiness alert and high beam assist.
The SUV is available with two engine options - the 2.0L turbo-petrol engine and the 2.2L diesel engine. Both engines are offered with 6-speed MT and AT.
