VinFast Partners With myTVS To Set Up After-Sales Service Network Across India

Vietnamese automaker VinFast Auto India has signed a service agreement with myTVS to expand its after-sales support network in India. The move is part of VinFast’s preparation for its upcoming electric vehicle launch in the Indian market.

The company aims to establish 120 Extended Service Workshops by partnering with third-party providers. These workshops will operate alongside VinFast’s own dealerships and service locations.

Under the partnership, myTVS will offer vehicle servicing, diagnostic support and repairs for VinFast vehicles. The facilities will use original parts and equipment. Technicians will receive model-specific training.

VinFast and myTVS will jointly handle service network expansion, technician training, and support planning. The collaboration is part of VinFast’s wider effort to build service infrastructure for its products in India.
