TVS Apache RTX 300: Engine and Performance

TVS Apache RTX

The adventure motorcycle is powered by a 299.1cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It produces 35.5bhp and 28.5Nm of torque and is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike also gets an electronic package that includes multiple riding modes, traction control and cruise control. A bi-directional quick-shifter and slipper clutch are also part of the equipment list.

TVS Apache RTX 300: Features and Hardware

The Apache RTX 300 gets a TFT instrument cluster with Google Maps mirroring, along with adaptive headlights. Both front and rear suspension units offer adjustment. For touring, the motorcycle comes with a windshield, knuckle guards and a rear luggage rack. It rides on a 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel, with tubeless tyres at both ends.
The riding position and seat have also been designed with longer journeys in mind. These features, along with the electronics and touring-focused equipment, give the RTX 300 a setup aimed at both highway travel and everyday riding.
The Apache RTX 300 was first introduced in India and is now being exported to Italy as part of TVS Motor's international expansion. While the motorcycle retains much of its India-spec equipment, its higher European price puts it in a different pricing bracket in the Italian market.
