Skoda Slavia Facelift: Design

The Slavia facelift retains the overall silhouette of the current sedan but gets changes to the front and rear. The Slavia facelift features new LED headlamps, a revised grille and updated bumpers, new alloy wheel design, LED tail-lamps have been redesigned and now feature sequential turn indicators, a new trim element between the tail-lamps carries the Skoda lettering, giving the rear a different look compared with the outgoing model.

Skoda Slavia Facelift: Cabin & Features

The Skoda Slavia Facelift sports the familiar dashboard layout, but Skoda has updated the equipment list. The Slavia facelift gets the 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, while the digital instrument cluster has been upgraded to a 10.25-inch unit on higher variants. The infotainment system also gets an AI Companion powered by Google Cloud, along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. One of the key additions is a rear-seat massage function, which Skoda says is a segment-first feature. The sedan also gets a 360-degree Area View camera, replacing the conventional rear camera setup on the outgoing model. Other equipment includes powered and ventilated front seats, wireless charging and updated air-conditioning hardware. The Slavia continues with a single-pane sunroof rather than a panoramic unit.

Skoda Slavia Facelift: Powertrain

The Slavia facelift continues with the existing 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI turbo-petrol engines. The 1.0-litre TSI produces 113.42bhp and 178Nm of torque. This engine continues with a 6-speed manual gearbox, however for customers looking for an automatic option will get the new 8-speed torque-converter automatic, replacing the 6-speed automatic offered with the outgoing model.
The 1.5-litre TSI continues to produce around 147.94bhp and 250Nm of torque, this engine is paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission.

Skoda Slavia Facelift: Safety

The new Slavia continues with its 5-star Global NCAP safety rating. Skoda has also retained 6-airbags as standard. The addition of a 360-degree Area View camera is one of the key safety and convenience upgrades. The sedan continues with its existing safety package, while an ADAS suite is not part of the facelift.

Skoda Slavia Facelift: Expected Price

The final prices of the new Slavia facelift will be announced today. The Slavia facelift is expected to be introduced in an ex-showroom price range of Rs 10.29 lakh to Rs 18.49 lakh.
